I am Tora and I founded Trengwa Tattoo in 2021. In 2015 I started my apprenticeship in a studio in Hannover, Germany and quickly realized that I never want to do anything else..

 

In the beginning, I was really interested in neotribal and cultural designs, which made me want to dive into the matter even more. So I started my bachelor studies in anthropolgy and finished the exam on the topic of heavy body modification.

 

For some time I mostly tattooed big black areas and I still like doing that. My style is influenced by several cultures and I love working with the anatomy of a body to create a unique flow for your bodytype. I also blackout your unwanted tattoos for you!

 

My style also has a lot of floral ornaments with bold lines. I am heavily influenced by tibetan thangka paintings and mehndi designs from India.

 

But it doesn't always have to be bold! Even tho I don't do fineline tattoos, I can make something with regular thickness and size just for you – I am not only doing bold and huge pieces.

 

In my freetime I only have to modes – outside in the forest or inside being nerdy. So I am very happy to design your nerdy tattoo or plant-, mushroom- or animal design!
